did not diagnose a problem until after three consecutive engine light was on--needed to get smog release--took three days and three separate visits to get to the bottom of the reason--I missed two classes at engine light was on--needed to get smog release--took three days and three separate visits to get to the bottom of the reason--I missed two classes at SRJC and spent 9 hours waiting for answers. Finally came to conclusion the cost was too dear for a 20 year old car and donated it. Too much time and lack of a deep dive the first time to solve the problem equals lack of quality and talent in the servicing department---not a good omen for any future thoughts to buying another Honda --- Bill Petty tried to help, but it was too late for our situation --he was extremely helpful though, but I can;t say anything good about the guys in the service area who had the car to diagnose in the first place ! More

I went on Black Friday, not because of deals but because that is the day I sold my previous vehicle. They were very busy but still tried to make sure I was comfortable and got the car I wanted. They provided all the information about the car including the CarFax. Manly has a very good reputation and that is why I just went directly to them instead of looking elsewhere. The salesman was really nice and he cared about my experience and that I got every concern answered. I've only had the car for a day now but I love it and feel it will last me a long time. That's what I am looking for reliability and a fair deal. I got that there. More
