Yes I called Service. Hiram Lopez was my Advisor had a friendly greeting and explained that I purchased my car from Jacob Knight and that I had available a 2 year warranty. Hiram was very helpful, knowledgeable and of professional demeanor in solving my problems Scheduled what was a appropriate time to leave my vehicle. Offered when loaners where avaliable and when my car would be done. My car was actually finished early. After picking up my car. I was surprised it was washed and vacuum. FIVE STARS... shout out to the staff at Manly Honda for a First Class experience. More
