The technician sent me a video of him working on my car which is important to me because in the past dealerships have made me feel like they didn’t take pride in my vehicle, but the video Nick Phillips sent assured me that Manly Honda was different. A special thanks to Cristina who helped me on the phone with extraordinary customer service and welcoming attitude, and Paul Young especially for his down to earth customer service and a one of a kind attitude about his job. The combination of these three people let alone the other amazing staff who talked to me about my car like fellow enthusiasts just made me feel at home. I almost want my car to blow up so I can take it to Manly to have it fixed no biggie! I can’t emphasize enough how legendary of an experience this was. Thank you Paul Young, thank you Cristina, and thank you Nick Phillips for finally making my experience at a dealership a refreshingly great memory!! More
