What a horrible experience. Took my Honda to get the PCM replaced (got the diagnosis done at my mechanics shop). Dropped of my Accord at Manly Honda and Advisor simply did not l Took my Honda to get the PCM replaced (got the diagnosis done at my mechanics shop). Dropped of my Accord at Manly Honda and Advisor simply did not listen what I needed and told we will do our own analysis. They called me indicating bad battery gave Me a $200 quote. I asked are you sure it's battery. After replacing a battery problem didn't go away this time she told wiring assembly is bad, replacing that would fix the problem. Gave me $1100 quote. Considering I had no choice, I said OK. Few days later when I went to pick up my car. I paid total.of $1300 and got the keys. Guess what still same problem. I should not have paid before test driving the car. Hard earned $1300 down the drain. She said we neef to replace the PCM that they should have done at first place. She gave me a quote of $1800 for PCM. I ended up spending over $3000. Worst place to take your car. Please stay away from these rip offs. More
