We brought a broken key in to get it serviced and possibly get a new one. Bill was very kind and went above and beyond to fix it for free by using spare parts, and when he found out he couldn’t do i possibly get a new one. I was very surprised that this dealership does not offer loaners or a shuttle service. IIRC, the scheduling website asks whether I'd need a shuttle, so I was not expecting to pay the extra fee for a Lyft ba loaners or a shuttle service.
