We visited Marin Acura to test drive couple of used MDXes they had. We did thorough research as we drove from 200 miles to get there. What surprised us was how we were treated. Based on the previous experience with different dealerships we were expecting rather hard sales tactics with multiple salesmen, however, *nothing* like that happened. Greg was very helpful and did not pressure us at all (especially remarkable as we could not easily go back and forth the dealership due to the distance). We did not feel at any point that we were being forced to buy a car. Rather, we took our time to decide ourselves. Closing the deal and trade-in was smooth. Obviously, it took some time to negotiate the final price, however, we feel that we ended up with a fair deal. I definitely recommend the dealership, among the best and most respectful customer service I have encountered so far. More
