Tengo mas 2 años con marino chrystler como cliente, quede bien por casi 2 anos con un ford explorer usado y me ofrecieron cambiarlo por una version de jeep gran cherokee 2021 con cero millaje todo parecia bien por casi 2 anos con un ford explorer usado y me ofrecieron cambiarlo por una version de jeep gran cherokee 2021 con cero millaje todo parecia perfecto hasta los 5 meses pero al vehiculo se le dano el motor de arranque y me dejo votado por 11 horas, a mi nadie me explico que en estos modelos habia un boton donde se puchaba y la grua venia inmediatamente que es lo que me acaban de explicar, estos tipos de vehiclos vienen con sistemas modernos pero no se toman el tiempo ni tienen la paciencia de ensenar o explicar a los clientes que tenemos por primera vez un vehiculo con estas caracrteristicas, ni tampoco un numero de telefono para llamar al tipo de grua especializada para este tipo de carros, sucede que despues de estar llamando por muchas horas al deeler y nunca contestaron me remolco otra grua la cual a danado o roto segun me dijeron un cable y a perdido una tapa de la cual ni idea tengo, ahora me quieren hacer pagar el valor de dichos items por un valor de mas de 450 dolares y ademas no me quieren pagar el gasto de la grua, y me dicen que mi vehiclo me lo van a entregar de 2 a 7 , dias mas los dias desde que lleve el carro al deeler van a pasar mas de 10 dias y voy a tener que pagar otro rubro como es el de asistencia de renta de carro, me preocupa que sigan saliendo mas danos ya que todavia no tengo el valor exacto, no es lo que ofrecieron cuando me hicieron cambiar mi otro vehiculo que por cierto nunca me dejo votado por casi dos anos y no era nuevo,creanme que estoy muy desepcionado de este deeler marino christler de la irving park, no se como ya terminar de cancelar mi vehiculo, y si me preguntan es lo peor que me a pasado en la vida y creanme no les recomiendo hacer una compra de ninguna naturaleza, ya que no garantizan que no va a volver a pasar esto de nuevo, uno de sus gerentes me dijo que este dano era muy comun que le fallan muchas partes a este vehiculo me preocupa esto, espero que a nadie le suceda esto por eso pongo este comentario. I came here for my first car while living in Chicago. We were assisted by a very helpful salesperson who patiently walked me though each of the steps necessary to complete the purchase. Perhaps the greatest quality about this dealership is their support of their local community, police, and fire departments. I will likely use them again in the future. More
