My wife and I own a Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland and service it at Marino on Irving Park. We have had no issues with the car and considered getting another full size SUV. We test drove a Wagoneer and ended up purchasing a new Wagoneer Overland with the help of Alex, Alex, Mike, Mel, and Gabriel. Alec was extremely helpful and shared a lot of data about Wagoneers sold this year with the service calls to ease our concerns of the reliability we read online. The transparency helped shed some reality and truth in the entire process. There was no pressure and very good follow up. Very good listeners to what we needed and we’re happy with the purchase.
