My vehicle had a bumper to bumper warranty and should My vehicle had a bumper to bumper warranty and should have been treated as good as any other paying customer. Not to mention, a 3 year old car batte My vehicle had a bumper to bumper warranty and should have been treated as good as any other paying customer. Not to mention, a 3 year old car battery was drained by a warranty related issue (on a warm day without ever dieing before ) and it cost double the going battery price to begin the work . I was responsible for paying for the battery at there location after the car refused to start. I proceeded and was denied half the things warranty should have covered (bumper to bumper). Point of the story they did not even Clean the terminals or put grease after connecting the new $320 battery. When I went elsewhere to trade the car in (business elsewhere) for a new car it looked like a lousy battery was in there. If I did not fix the issue myself. They overfilled my Engine with oil causing and engine light to go on. Honestly, I should not have taken my work there after they forgot to put oil back in the engine a prior year. I simply took advantage of a warranty that's so good it's not even sold anymore. I had to train myself on youtube to fix the problems myself for a trade in. My amateur self did a better job. I am shocked this place has won awards. They must know the judges!!! I am so disappointed. Even though I could have worked something out since they screwed up anything I took the hit and decided to go elsewhere. I spent my day removing a battery and draining some oil to fix engine light. Good luck!!! Thank goodness for high school auto shop. Also lost money on a side business I run. Yes, I have many talents including finding these forums to share my frustration!! Maybe I can save my fellow citizens the trouble!!! I am not even going to get into what a customer was going threw negotiating a vehicle while I was in the waiting room for 2 hrs the day before. Let's say it was not below invoice! More
