I would not shop here again. I drove 3 hours away to purchase a car to just be let down multiple times and I’ve only had the car for 3 days. At the time of purchase I was promised a cover I never got. D purchase a car to just be let down multiple times and I’ve only had the car for 3 days. At the time of purchase I was promised a cover I never got. Days later I got excuses in why I couldn’t get the back cover for my newly purchased vehicle, that I was promised for at the time of the purchase. Mind you this cover was part of the deal and offer while purchasing this suv. Once I stressed my concerns I didn’t even get any response back. But who cares right, I signed about 30 times prior to finding all this out, and wouldn’t have signed if I knew what I was getting myself into. Both my key’s were running low on battery which I had to go and change myself. On top of that I have now had to add air not once but twice on one of my tires, mind you I’ve only had the car for 3 days. Don’t feel like a valued customer here and would have rather brought my business with another dealership that was offering the similar values. Very disappointed customer especially after spending over $30,000 on a suv. DO NOT RECOMMEND More
