Phenomenal service and well rounded teamwork! I originally went with my family skeptical of what car I was interested in and if it was going to be within my budget range. Firstly, Felix Nieves rec I originally went with my family skeptical of what car I was interested in and if it was going to be within my budget range. Firstly, Felix Nieves received us with a warm and kind welcome offering us if we needed anything before being seated. Upon asking what I was interested in and narrowing down my options he helped me pick a great car and further along help us with the monthly payments and did not hesitate nor became agitated upon us going back and forth with prices. His bilingual skills -- in Spanish-- came in handy upon speaking to my parents and helping them understand what was going on and keeping them in the loop of things. He and his coworker, Anfiny Eshoo, were both really kind and kept conversations going effortlessly that kept us engaged enough that the process didn't seem as tedious waiting on the other end. After we finalized the initial paperwork, heading to finance was a breeze. Felix knew exactly what he was doing and was very informative and helpful. None of the workers hesitated to offer their help and explain more if needed. They went above and beyond what customer service should exemplify in a field where people are filled with anxiety, hesitation, and questions. I'm glad I was able to drive out with a car I love and great customer service facilitating that along the way. More
