Henry wasn't pushy at all. He listened to all my needs first. He then took the time to explain to me all the options available and what was the best for me. We visited several scenarios for purchase and we settled on our new awesome Jeep Grand Cherokee. Got my color, vehicle and most of the options I was looking for. Amazing experience purchasing my Dodge Journey This is the 3rd car I purchase from Marino and I must say, you exceeded my expectations! From the minute I walked in, I was greeted by Henry who was e This is the 3rd car I purchase from Marino and I must say, you exceeded my expectations! From the minute I walked in, I was greeted by Henry who was extremely friendly, attentive and who took the time to ask me what I was looking to then determine how he was able to help us. I had a unpleasant experience at 2 other dealership, especially the dealer I went to yesterday before coming to Marino. Since I walked in 45 minutes from closing time at the other dealer, the sales associate literally told me "you can come back another day next week, what day is good for you? Its because everyone is ready to go home". I, as a consumer could not believe his words. Are you in the business of making money? I would of assume so, but then again their priorities must be different. What makes it worst is that there were atleast 6-8 sales associate and only 4 helping customers. One sales person was just sitting in the computer staring at my husband, at the other customer and I. The other customer and I walked in at the sametimes and walked out together because noone asked if we needed assistance. The other customer was so shocked that noone bothered to at least let him know they were closing soon, nothing. I was the one who approached the sales person and that's when he told me they were ready to close. Anyway, Thank you Marino Jeep & dodge for helping us yesterday with the SUV I wanted, but most of all the AMAZING interest rate😁!
