Completely satisfied I spoke with Pete-one of the managers- over the phone about a grand caravan they had at the lot. As soon as I pulled in Tim actually met up with me in the lot as my wife and I unpacked our baby from her car. Tim was patient, beyond friendly, helpful, and put that extra time in to make sure the experience was nothing short of perfect. All members of the staff that were at the dealership that I interacted with were friendly including Mel and Jeff, I forgot the finance managers name-I believe it was steve- but I've never seen a person get someone through finance as fast as he did. Car was prepped nicely and drove great my way home. Out the door the price was spot on were it should of been, and at the end of the day if you can leave a dealership without feeling like you got back stabbed and actually got a fair deal, that is priceless. I will happily recommend this dealer for vehicles just because of the staff that was working. More

5 Star Dealership We were shopping around for a new Jeep Cherokee and went to another dealership first. I walked into Marino without my wife the day before to see if they had in stock the vehicle we wanted to possibly buy. I was greeted by Gerardo who was very nice. I told him what we were looking for, he said they had it in stock, I told him I would be back tomorrow after work with my wife. Gerardo said he was off but would come in to help us. I came back with my wife and was met by Gerardo who greeted us at the door. He asked if we wanted anything to drink. I asked if he still had the Cherokee in stock. Gerardo then showed us the new Jeep and explained all the features. It was what we were looking for at which time we went back inside to start doing the numbers. It was difficult for me to negotiate with Gerardo because he truly worked with us and really gave us the best deal on the New Jeep Cherokee. Giving us the fair price for our trade in was also painless. Remember we went to another dealership and Marino(Gerardo) gave us a better price for the Cherokee and trade in. The next step was finance. We waited in the waiting room and sat some very comfortable leather sofas which I wish we had at home. The wait was short and in we went. We met the finance person(Young Southern Gentleman) who explained the exact amount we had to pay and the extended warranty. We finished up comfortably signed all the papers and it was done. We walked out and were met by Gerardo who already had our plates and city sticker on our new vehicle. Gerardo then asked if we wanted our phones synced to the vehicle. He synced them both up and off we went, happy owners of a BRAND NEW 2019 JEEP CHEROKEE LIMITED 4X4. I definitely will recommend Marino's and especially Gerardo to all my family and friends. More
