He was very nice and courteous and was not pushy what so ever!  After test driving two different types of vehicles I finally decided on the vehicle I wanted .... with that being said the negotiations started and this is one of the parts of the process I hate! Boy was I surprised Zaia got me the price I wanted to pay and never had to bring anyone in to “save the deal”. Customer Service Z was awesome . I literally walked into the dealer not sure what I wanted or how I wanted to do it. I was open to buying but I was more interested in Z was awesome . I literally walked into the dealer not sure what I wanted or how I wanted to do it. I was open to buying but I was more interested in leasing . I know NOTHING about leasing . Thankfully as I walked thru that door Z came to assist me . He didn’t make me feel pressured he throughly explained everything to me ( even the questions I asked a million times over) , he got me what I wanted at the price I wanted . Z was very courteous and respectful . I found him to be the best sales rep at that dealer . He was very calm cool and collected , he responded to all my questions even when he was OFF and I was bugging him. This is my 2nd time shopping for a car and all I can say is if I ever get another car later I hope to find Z there to assist me ! More
