Some of the best customer service ever! With the exception of stays at five star resorts and shopping at Nordstrom, I have never experienced this high a level of customer service. No pressure, totally chill sales guy Gerardo Baez is more like your personal tour guide of the car (we got a Jeep Rubicon) and helped us get to know the features organically. And when it came time to get the deal done.....our experience got even better. My husband has a really hectic schedule and it turned out the only time he could sign the papers was during a break in his conference. The dealership is in Portage Park and my husband was downtown off Michigan Avenue. Wonderdul Gerardo brought the Jeep to the hotel, came upstairs to meet me and my husband, and got those papers signed. As I left the hotel, the doormen were amazed at the tale of how we got the brand new Jeep - and of course they loved the car too. These are Four Seasons doormen, they know a thing or two about customer service. One guy made note of the Marino name on the back of the car and remarked - guess that’s where I’m going next time I buy a car. More

Dan the sales representative immediately arranged for someone to go and get the vehicle my father wanted to test drive. During the test drive he made sure he explained all the features that the car had so that I could translate and later show to my father. His patience and professionalism was greatly appreciated. I gave him a brief description of what my father needed in his car and he made it happen. We drove out with a car that was suitable for my father who is a senior citizen. I would highly recommend seeing Dan for any needs at this dealership. Overall we had a great experience and Dan was very helpful!! More

Worst experience ever I had looked at quite a few vehicles and found 2 that i had liked at this dealership. I verified that both were still available before i went since i I had looked at quite a few vehicles and found 2 that i had liked at this dealership. I verified that both were still available before i went since i lived almost 3 hours away. When i got there I found out one had been sold the day before, was a little upset about that since i had an email saying it was there. I tested out the second one that i had liked and wanted to see what deal could be worked out with my trade in. When the sales guy came back with my offer he informed me that the vehicle had been sold while i was waiting. At this point i was so upset I didn’t even know what to think! I was outraged! They kept trying to make different deals because they wanted to help me out... i do not recommend this dealership, they are under staffed and I spent over 3 hours there to be extremely unsatisfied with my experience. They need a better system for managing sales and customers. I liked my salesman but he was limited on what he could do. When you walk in and see 20 comfortable couches, plan on being there for awhile! More
