Where do I start???? I want to say this afternoon was one of the best afternoons. I have been looking for a 2nd vehicle, especially a pickup. I don't have good credit and had been turned down by 3 othe one of the best afternoons. I have been looking for a 2nd vehicle, especially a pickup. I don't have good credit and had been turned down by 3 other dealers. Calli responded to an online application, and it went from there. Calli and I had been in touch with each other via text, email and phone calls. Calli called me and said she had GREAT NEWS! They found a pickup and was qualified for it!!!! YEAH!!!! That started one of the best days I have had for a long time. I went into the dealer and was greeted my some of the friendliest people. Calli came to me, and started all the ball rolling. Can't forget about Scott. He found the finance company that would work with me. Came up with a down paymwnt I could afford (other dealers wanted quadruple of what I could afford). Then he presented me with a payment that was within my budget. Gave him all the information needed, and took it from there. While getting all the paperwork together, Call took me up to meet Cody. He went over EVERYTHING having to do with finances. He made it very easy to understand, and no intimidation whosoever. Mark Allen, you have an AMAZING staff, and PLEASE don't change a thing. I must say the other dealers I have dealt with need to take lessons off of your staff. And if anyone has issues with credit, I can't recommend any one better to deal with other than Calli, Scott and Cody. You have a customer for life, and Calli, Scott and everyone else, you are THE BEST of THE BEST. One last thing, I have never been introduced to the entire staff, from sales, finance, parts, service, etc. More
