The Salesman I worked with (Alex Joya) was great. The Sales Manager however was terrible! The dealership tried to add a $299 protection plan to my vehicle that I did not want. I was very clear tha The Sales Manager however was terrible! The dealership tried to add a $299 protection plan to my vehicle that I did not want. I was very clear that I did not want any sort of warranty or protection plan and that I just wanted the vehicle. The $299 protection plan was added to the price of the vehicle and I had to decline signing that portion of the paperwork. The Sales Manager tried arguing with me that I had to keep that plan/charge. He almost got the Salesman a sale as I told him I would buy the car somewhere else. The amount of disrespect was astonishing. My suggestion would be to train and employ people that understand the value of customer service and the importance of listening to the customer. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership because of the poor experience I had. More

I have never experienced service with minimum communication. I had to rent a car without knowing what if any work needed to be done . My vehicle was in for almost 3 days without a diagnosis. Then communication. I had to rent a car without knowing what if any work needed to be done . My vehicle was in for almost 3 days without a diagnosis. Then when I did go pick It up. The cashier was like a robot. No facial expressions, don’t bother her is the vibe she puts out. Unfortunately, I am still experiencing the same issue i did before taking it in the first time: I paid good money for a warranty . I am not looking forward to another terrible experience. More

Jackie was a little behind on keeping me updated as promised, by a day in regards to price and delivery of repairs. Price was also a concern. I had been text 1,900.00 when I went to get the car, total was over 2,100.00 , when asked , I wasn’t really told a good explanation, just what I already knew. When we entered the service area, asked for Jackie , was told she’d be right up, she was aware we were there, as I had text her, I’d be there by 12pm and other service employees had let her know customers were waiting . Fifteen minutes later Jackie walked in, didn’t ask if we were waiting for her as we stood in the service podium area, I had to approach her, this after she had been at her podium for 5 minutes or more. Cashier was unfriendly, we felt we were intruding upon her time with a male co- worker, she was very dismissive of us. Overall as a customer felt under valued … More
