So I wanted to wait a week before responding and give Loyd Beardsley (General Manager) time to reach out. As with Jeff Rizzi (Service Director). The initial email was generic and most likely automated. I did not give Mark Christopher Cadillac a good review on any surveys and after several weeks, I stand by my initial evaluation. Mark Christopher Cadillac employees lied to my wife and I and our concerns were NEVER addressed. Instead we have been completely ignored. We will never return to Mark Christopher for anything and I would caution potential buyers to beware.
