While in line at the service department, another customers car door was caught by the wind and hit the side of my car. My car was only 4 months old so I was so upset but Julie from service made sure customers car door was caught by the wind and hit the side of my car. My car was only 4 months old so I was so upset but Julie from service made sure that the damage was repaired to my satisfaction! My Tahoe is back and as beautiful as the day I drove it off the lot! I was even given a loaner vehicle that was large enough to accommodate my family while my car was being repaired! Thank you Julie & Mark Christopher for taking care of me with top notch care! I felt heard & am completely satisfied that Mark Christopher went above and beyond to right the accidental denting due to the wind. More

It was suggested to bring my car here for diagnosis by my regular mechanic. It took 2 days for them to do it and then when I came to pick up my car, they had lost it. Apparently there was construction that regular mechanic. It took 2 days for them to do it and then when I came to pick up my car, they had lost it. Apparently there was construction that started and they had to move the cars and the person who moved them didn't log where it was put. I had to come back the next day and they finally found it. More
