Regarding my recent service visit. I was told I’d receive a complimentary car wash, but that didn’t happen. Also, the original issue with my truck wasn’t fixed, though I understand the I was told I’d receive a complimentary car wash, but that didn’t happen. Also, the original issue with my truck wasn’t fixed, though I understand the part has been ordered and we’ll schedule the install once it arrives, that’s totally fine with me. One thing that did catch me off guard, though, was that license plate covers were put on my truck without my permission. I just wanted to bring that to your attention. More
