2nd try to repair a problem failed. No curtesy ride, no loaner, no repair. Service agent says the radio static and high pitch is due to the radio station on both channels. Terrible experience. . They way they conduct themselves during the purchasing process is disappointing to say the least. They treated me as if I were stupid essentially. E . Every time I would request information or hard numbers they would revert to discussing payment amounts. Your trying to sell me multiple products (gap, extended warranty, other extras) what is the xxxx price?! Why do you keep discussing payment?! Additionally, although this tactic my be legal it is immoral and potentially a huge waste of time.. this part infuriated me.. once your are finally presented with some final numbers to look at.. you’ll notice they tack on an “aftermarket” charge to your final sale.. this amount is additional to your already pre-negotiated and agreed upon price!! What the heck!!? Yes so essentially they charge you extras ( in my case it was some GPS crap, supposedly ) and never bothered to mention it prior! Wth! This should be illegal but unfortunately it’s not. The fact they do this.. and more importantly they way they do it is extremely upsetting, it’s very deceiving. I had them remove this charge and i purchased the vehicle still.. but honestly I should have walked away from this deal. I will never consider purchasing a vehicle from mark christopher again. More

My vehicle was misdiagnosed with an oil leak and oil pressure switch and I am truly disappointed! They overcharged me a quote for $800 and I got my other mechanic to look at it and found out there was n pressure switch and I am truly disappointed! They overcharged me a quote for $800 and I got my other mechanic to look at it and found out there was nothing wrong with my car, just the oil filter was loose. My car hasn't leaked and runs beautiful after my old mechanic fixed it with no charge. Wow makes me wonder of all things I've already paid for if I was truly serviced honestly. Some integrity questioned. 🤔 More
