Hello on Sept 3 2022 I went to purchase a a SUV and ended up at the Ontario Dealership after going to the Moreno Valley Dealership with no liking of choices I was given. I eventually looked at a Chevy Traver up at the Ontario Dealership after going to the Moreno Valley Dealership with no liking of choices I was given. I eventually looked at a Chevy Traverse 2017 from the Ontario GMC DEALERSHIP alership my Salesman was Jonathan Click absolutely amazing best customer service ever!!!! Jonathon was kind funny knowledgeable and on top of his job he worked with me and gave me the best deal and I drove off with my beautiful SUV. Horrible! The service reps are great but the Service guys are terrible! My engine light went on after just having it serviced because those hose wasn’t instal The service reps are great but the Service guys are terrible! My engine light went on after just having it serviced because those hose wasn’t installed correctly and it had further issues. My car has been in and out of service for the past 2 months I’m still waiting for it after an additional 2 weeks long! More
