Mike, The Reason for the Bad Review there was No Commination, My Truck was dropped off on Monday 8/22/2022 and I didn't know what happen till I got the text Wednesday 8/31/2022. I run my own business and when one of my Customers Calls, emails or text me I will reply within an hour or right away, Sometimes I would get a reply pretty quickly or sometimes not for a day or two. I text Erik to let him know that I left my Garage Door Opener in the Loaner Car. I text him on Wednesday 9/1/2022, he text me back with in 20 minutes, he said the car had been loaned out already. He said he would find out if it was there or not. I text him on Friday, and I still haven't heard from him. All I want is Commination.
