Jett was totally awesome! I legitimately came in just to browse inventory and check out what what this dealership had to offer. I was greeted by Jett and he was super patient I legitimately came in just to browse inventory and check out what what this dealership had to offer. I was greeted by Jett and he was super patient with me. We test drove vehicles, parked them side by side to compare features and prices and ultimately ended up buying one. My trade in was at my house and he made it super easy to swap. The transaction was seemless and this is what car buying should be like. I dreaded going into dealerships in the past but this all changed. I came in last year with my father in law to purchase a truck and remembered the experience with the sales rep was good also. I wasn’t thrilled with the finance guy at the end but I think he’s not there anymore. Good move for this dealership. Oh and no “market adjustment.” BS here. I’m glad I stopped by. More

When I reported my issue with my truck the person I spoke with seemed dismissive of what I was saying. I had an issue with my transmission not down shifting on a 2018 Sierra Denali. The person I spoke with said they would check it out. After they did their thing, I was told that there was nothing wrong with it and to not read the message boards on the internet because I had brought up that I had looked to see if this is an issue with other trucks like mine. I did not feel the customer service was great at all. I also still had the issue a week later and it does not feel safe when I go on a up hill trip. I was also told not to worry that my mechanical parts are under warranty still, but it shouldn’t have to get to that point. More
