The wait to check in was short and I’m sure they completed my oil change competently. However, the customer service was lacking. I felt rushed and was repeatedly cut off when trying to ask questions completed my oil change competently. However, the customer service was lacking. I felt rushed and was repeatedly cut off when trying to ask questions. I asked for a car wash and was told it was down, so I asked if they could wash it if it came back up. His reply was “well it probably won’t come up”. Well okay then. I asked if I could have a reminder sticker put on my windshield, that wasn’t done. When I asked about that, his reply was “just count 5,000 miles from the current odometer reading.” Lol ok. Did the job get done? Yes. It took 2.5 hours for a simple oil change. Did I leave there raving about the service I received? Absolutely not. Will I be back? Probably, just will low expectations. More
