Advisor Dario Gomez didn’t provide Cust service and didn’t meet expectations at all. Advisor didn’t follow up to informed me that my vehicle will need to stay a day long. I contacted service dept at 3: didn’t meet expectations at all. Advisor didn’t follow up to informed me that my vehicle will need to stay a day long. I contacted service dept at 3:?pm to find out that they would be keeping my vehicle. I complain to him what bad service he was providing and requested a manager. He’s reply was I don’t know where he is. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing and told him that right after hangs up. I contacted headquarters afterwards. More
