Sold me a 50k car with a broken A/C l. I was naïve enough to believe them when they said I just needed to drive it more to get cold. They kept the car for three weeks and scratch the hood I was naïve enough to believe them when they said I just needed to drive it more to get cold. They kept the car for three weeks and scratch the hood while fixing the air conditioner. And then gave me the runaround when it came to repairing the scratched hood. Eventually they painted the hood but it still has orange peal finish. The transmission stoped working they repaired it but it still has problems. I’m going to have to bring it back in. I am very unhappy. More

Arrived on time for my 8am apt. Was told the wait was roughly 2hrs, agreed and waited. After numerous inquiry for updates, on the 3rd hour i see my vehicle barely being driven into Was told the wait was roughly 2hrs, agreed and waited. After numerous inquiry for updates, on the 3rd hour i see my vehicle barely being driven into the shop after i was told by Eric it is already being tended to this whole time. I waited and wasted 3 hrs of my time for no reason bec the process was completed in roughly 20mins from the time they actually went to go work on my truck. Checked out at 1137am. It was overall a horrible experience. More
