The customer service unfortunately was rude. We came to Mark Christopher over Dutton Chevrolet and Moss Bro because we thought the customer service was going to be better. The representative was rude and my husband pretty much walked out on her when she was assisting us. We had also asked for our oil to be changed and tires rotated via email communication. She confirmed that would be done. When we picked up the suv and left the lot we found that it was not done and she made no mention of it. Very disappointing and we most likely will never come here again. More

My salesman Mr Click was great however your closer was terrible! Because of Rayi walked away from the deal twice and almost walked away for the third a day final time. Mr Click was the only saving grace i terrible! Because of Rayi walked away from the deal twice and almost walked away for the third a day final time. Mr Click was the only saving grace in this whole debacle of a deal and if I ever do business with your dealership again please make sure that Ray doesn't come anywhere near my deal. That lied and changed the deal that should have been under 1000.00 per month to 1803.00 per month. It is people like him that give car sales people a bad name. I came there to buy 2 trucks however after my dealings with Ray I will buy my second truck from somewhere else. More
