I had a coupon and the service advisor didn’t let me use it. When asking the other service advisors about it they knew which writer it was and they all called him a lazy A**. I also went as far to speak with Matt the service manager and was unable to actually get a chance to speak with him about the issue. He did reach out once but I was in a meeting and couldn’t talk at the time he called. After that I couldn’t reach him. I purchased my truck from this facility and I will probably go somewhere else moving forward. The coupon was to take simply $20 off a service and it wouldn’t be honored. The coupon literally said “just show the service advisor” and he would give to me. The writers name started with a D I believe. Very bad customer service from this guy. More

Normally things have gone well at MC Chevrolet, I had a simple fix, was not made aware of the issue, and was told the repair would be completed in one day. My truck was in the shop for two days, for minor routine labor, and was still not finished. Without a call to inform me.
