I showed up for an appointment for an oil change. The service advisor took my info and directed me to the waiting room. After 2 hours, I went to check on status. The paperwork had the wrong number for m service advisor took my info and directed me to the waiting room. After 2 hours, I went to check on status. The paperwork had the wrong number for me (I had specifically updated it with the advisor) and it was marked that I was a walk up (I had given my appt info to the advisor). Couldn’t find the advisor so I left a message on her vm. Never got a call back. After another hour (3 now) I went back to find her dealing with another upset customer. A different advisor looked in to my vehicle and told me that it had been done for a while but there was another item recommended. I was told that they “would try to get it done in an hour” after having waited 3 hours already. When the car was completed, there was no “thank you” or “sorry”, just “head to the cashier” More
