First, even when I purchased the vehicle, I had to continually ask to get the dog hair removed from the back. I’ve waited three months for a part and was not provided a rental despite the risk of driving a vehicle compromised steering. I finally got the part installed. When I got there, I needed a COMPARABLE rental in order to continue conducting a business as a physical therapist. The only rental that was available to replace my Chevy Traverse was a Camaro. As a result, I was unable to haul my equipment, had to cancel therapy appointments which totaled at least $200 and, on top of that, was asked to pay a $100 fee for a deductible. I would recommend a friend to go to Mark Christopher to purchase a vehicle. More
