Purchasing my new truck at Mark Christopher Auto Center was a pleasant and positive experience. I spent a significant amount of time researching vehicles (Ford, Toyota, Chevy and GMC) and dealerships and was a pleasant and positive experience. I spent a significant amount of time researching vehicles (Ford, Toyota, Chevy and GMC) and dealerships and saw their prices and selection were good so decided to drive 60 miles to take a closer look. A couple of days before making the trip, I called and spoke with Richard who was helpful and did a nice job following up with my questions. When my wife and I arrived, we were surprised at the large inventory and great selection of vehicles. Richard took us out for some test drives and had a easy-going and caring attitude, which felt right. We also worked with Ozzy as they assisted each other in offering the best customer service possible by not keeping us waiting since the dealership was busy that day. Ozzy was also fantastic and really enjoyed working with him during the purchase of my truck. They wanted us to be comfortable with our decision and never once felt the "hard sell" and got the sense they wanted us to get the right vehicle at the right price. After we signed the papers, they took great care of us and continued to show excellent customer service until we left the lot. Richard and Ozzy gave me their personal cell phone numbers and told me to call anytime. The following morning, on Sunday at approx. 9:00 AM, I had a question so called Richard who answered even though he was off work. His wife was in the hospital in labor but he took the call and worked to find me an answer related to the question I had. They have made follow-up calls over the last couple of weeks to make sure everything is good with the vehicle which is unexpected but appreciated. I would recommend Mark Christopher to friends and family if they are looking for a GM vehicle. Keep up the great work! More

I purchased a new 2025 Chevy Trax on Friday, and by Saturday night, I found myself on the side of a dark road calling for roadside assistance due to transmission issues. I understand that the dealership and staff have little control over the quality control inspections before the vehicles are placed on the sales floor. However, I do expect management to reach out with a phone call—not a text—to assure me that my situation will be resolved and to show genuine concern for my experience. I left a voicemail for the service manager and sent an email to the General Manager, as he instructed me to do in his response to my Google review (I believe he only replied for public relations reasons). After having my car in the shop for over a week, I have not received any phone calls regarding an update. I would like to acknowledge that Juan from the service department did his best to communicate with me and was transparent from the beginning. Because of his efforts, I am still holding onto some faith in Chevy and GM brands. More
