As for as the service I received on my car it was excellent, but the customer service from the assistant Ray Peters was not welcoming, pleasant or professional at all. Well I took my truck to get the free service and go get a few issues I had wit my truck. The person that tok my service request was a A+. When I picked up my truck I wasn’t told what was done to correct the few issues I had wit my truck. The person that tok my service request was a A+. When I picked up my truck I wasn’t told what was done to correct the problems it had they sent me straight to the cashier. I drove my truck home and some of the issues weren’t fixed. I called back to service department no answered so I left a message about my issues and I never received a call back. More
