I made an appt at 8:30, waited until 10am until I called and was told that my car wouldn’t be ready until 3 pm. No shuttle service to the office. Then I never received the txt message that Dario claims he and was told that my car wouldn’t be ready until 3 pm. No shuttle service to the office. Then I never received the txt message that Dario claims he sent. Why don’t you have the girls working in the office call the customers as soon as they receive the paperwork? Wouldn’t that be more appropriate than having your technicians also be the ones to contact the customers? This place just seems like it’s mismanaged and backwards. Have. The girls call as soon as the car is ready. Get rid of the customers having to constantly call and follow up. And don’t make appointments if the customer is still going to wait to be seen, and never told how long they are expected to wait. More
