My first experience was not good. My truck went in ‘to Service Brake System’. That portion went well, but they found a leaking rear axle seal and worn out brake shoes. I had the work done but when my wife Service Brake System’. That portion went well, but they found a leaking rear axle seal and worn out brake shoes. I had the work done but when my wife picked up the truck, the parking brake pedal went all the way to the floor without holding the truck. We returned the truck back to the dealer to have the repairs done. I talked to the Service Manager, Matt, and he made sure the truck was repaired properly. He was very apologetic and issued us a credit for our inconvenience. I commend Matt for a job well done, but have no confidence in the technicians working there as this was a second time we’ve had issues with their work. More
