Made appt 5 days in advance, still sat behind 9 cars for service. Online was offered shuttle to work, when showed up was told due to covid it was not running. Dealing with Mark Christopher was so much more of a pleasant experience than other dealerships. She gave me a good price, found all the discounts that applied to me and got a fair trade in on my vehicle.
