Excellent customer service by Jackie Had an appointment for Monday the 11th at 11am I told our service guy that I was hearing a noise coming from the back of my Yukon, he then said that I Had an appointment for Monday the 11th at 11am I told our service guy that I was hearing a noise coming from the back of my Yukon, he then said that I would have to leave my car over night. I had my wife and my two children. Jackie which was the one who took my appointment realized that we had our children and didn’t hesitate and went out of her way to get us a loaner and for us not to worry and be on our way.
