This is the second bad experience I’ve had taking my truck in for service. Simple oil change along with the engine oil filter and cabin filter. When I picked up the truck it was making a loud humming no truck in for service. Simple oil change along with the engine oil filter and cabin filter. When I picked up the truck it was making a loud humming noise. I went back in to let them know, they took the truck back, said it was fixed. Then when I went to leave, the sound was still there. Took it back in again. Same thing, they said it was fixed. It wasn’t. Took it back in a third time, finally they blew out the fan by the cabin filter and the problem was fixed. The passenger side had a bunch of leaves (which was causing the noise) left on the floor and the old cabin filter was left as well. More

Avo took care of us and did a great job. He was upfront with the time frame and kept us informed. When our Traverse was going to take time during the work week he set us up in a rental car. The service writers are the best. They are knowledgeable about the LYRIQ. When asking about the updates available, they had competent answers. Chelsea was very professional and timely with her responses. Once she knew there was a national back order on parts for my truck, she immediately helped me with a rental. She kept me up to date with responses. Once she knew there was a national back order on parts for my truck, she immediately helped me with a rental. She kept me up to date with the progress of my truck once the parts arrived and followed up on how my truck was doing a couple days after I picked it up. She was very helpful and pleasant to work with. More
