Takes forever for anyone to acknowledge you’re there. No body meets you when you pull up like other GM dealerships. When you walk into the office area several people sitting at computers or their phones. No body meets you when you pull up like other GM dealerships. Had to wait for the one person helping someone to finish and finally ask me what I’m here for. Everyone else never even looked up. No communication on the status of my truck without me having to reach out and ask. More
