When my vehicle was brought to be when the service was done, my steering wheel had grease or oil marks. When I asked the guy about it he said it was like that when he brought it from the shop. Takes forever for anyone to acknowledge you’re there. No body meets you when you pull up like other GM dealerships. When you walk into the office area several people sitting at computers or their phones. No body meets you when you pull up like other GM dealerships.
