I brought my vehicle to the dealership and told the service writer that the vehicle alerted that the trailer brake needed to be serviced. Seems unfair that I still had to pay a diagnostic fee for somet service writer that the vehicle alerted that the trailer brake needed to be serviced. Car did not have a major issue. I wanted to know why I found some oil spots in my garage floor. Service was to clean the area and level the transmission oil. Apparently when I had the transmission flush, there was an overflow of oil. I left my car at 7am and Jessica was to call me. She never did until I called at 430pm to check the status of the vehicle. Never met Jessica once. So I shouldn't rate her. The dealership in general it self, I never had any issues. Now for Covid times, staff, needs to be an example and wear their masks at all time since there is signs everywhere. And be a little more professional. Its work not a playground. More
