Went to take a look at a TRX that they had for sale at Mark Kia. The first contact with Mark Kia was smooth. We talked to for a bit and my schedule was a little unknown at first on if I would be able to m Mark Kia. The first contact with Mark Kia was smooth. We talked to for a bit and my schedule was a little unknown at first on if I would be able to make it down, however, I kept in touch with Frank and when I showed up he was still there. He was supposed to be off over an hour before I arrived. Frank, showed me the vehicle, went over all the questions and provided a hassle free sales experience! Not once did he push, he was patient and worked through all my questions. Never felt rush, even when he stayed late to help me. That's professionalism right there. Manny with Finance is top notch as well! Manny took the time to go over all the programs and answer any financial questions. He found a deal that worked best for me and fast! I must say that the whole experience with Mark Kia was pretty amazing. No pressure, the staff was not fake and stuffy, they almost treated me like I was family or part of the team.
