seemed nice - but stealership add ons Frank called me from a lead and said i had to come in. Even with covid, but i wanted to test drive a car. got to the dealer and its clean enough but Frank called me from a lead and said i had to come in. Test drove it (solo because of covid) got back and i had to sit down for a price. They took a little bit off MSRP but insisted on adding $700 tine, $800 kahu, and a $600 doc fee. I wanted to look at other cars but after I realized this is a stealership I left. More

Poor customer service in service dept. We received our car back dirty inside, with handprints all over the dash and touchscreen, which I find unacceptable, especially now with Covid -19. Th We received our car back dirty inside, with handprints all over the dash and touchscreen, which I find unacceptable, especially now with Covid -19. The mechanics fixed the problem with assistance from Kia engineers and so far it's still running well. They had the car for just under 2 weeks. But during the process of repair, we (almost) always had to call them for a status update or they would say they would call back but didn't.. I contacted a Service manager and the GM of this dealership the day we got the car back to express these issues with them and I have never received a response. It's been a month now. I have never received such subpar customer service at any Kia dealership in the Valley. I will never waste my time or money here again. More
