After having what I thought was a great experience, I now have to give this dealership 1 star, and wish I could give it negative stars. I returned my lease to Mazda on time, and was told multiple times by a have to give this dealership 1 star, and wish I could give it negative stars. I returned my lease to Mazda on time, and was told multiple times by a member of their team that I would be charged nothing additional, and that everything was good to go. A few weeks later, a debt collector came after me looking for a $2,000 payment for charges that the sales person at Mark Mazda EXPLICITLY told me we wouldn't have. Since the charges were being processed by Mazda Financial Services, which is an entirely different company, they refused to help and started claiming that they never told me this, that they didn't even remember me coming in to return the lease, and basically just said "tough luck". It's not just that I got charged $2,000, it's that they lied through their teeth, pretended not to remember it, and refused to find a way to help. Sales **managers** were also involved in confirming we didn't owe anything, and then went back on their word as well. Just a horrific experience. They do not care about the customers here. They care about profits and themselves more than anything else, and they turned a customer that was once incredibly happy with their dealership into this review. And I never write negative reviews like this. DO NOT go here. More

Adam Struse is the definition of a class act. We visited a couple of weekends ago and it was slammed. Our salesperson was ok. Seemed new, a bit lost. We were looking at the CX-90. We did not know We visited a couple of weekends ago and it was slammed. Our salesperson was ok. Seemed new, a bit lost. We were looking at the CX-90. We did not know there were different models and engines. We felt a bit overwhelmed and a bit lost. We noticed Adam was busy helping out a lot of customers and sales people.. We were unaware of who he was but he was obvious he very helpful and in charge. I think he may be the General Manager, I am not sure. As he was walking by he offered us some water and he immediately started assisting. He went over the different models and engines. He asked us about our driving and living situations. It genuinely felt like that he wanted to not only help, but he wanted to make sure we were happy. There was never any pressure and he made us feel confident in the car and the store. We do not live close. The car was newly off lease and was still going though the CPO process. He explained the whole CPO process and gave us a reasonable range of 7-10 days. 5 days later the vehicle was ready and even delivered to my home! There were a few hiccups but Adam made sure they were handled immediately and even had a mobile detail company come to my home. Tyler was our finance guy and he was great too. You can tell they try hard to impress at this location. I was stressed out, my spouse and I were not agreeing, my kids were cranky, yet Adam smiled and was reassuring the whole time. He never made me feel like I was wasting time and he never pressured me to move forward. I felt like if I did not buy from him, I would have regretted my decision. He was so in tune with what we were looking for, even though we did not know. He mentioned he had been there almost 25 years. I can see why! While this whole one price thing they do there is a little new to me, he made it make sense and made the whole process so easy. He did not seem like a typical car salesman. No offense! I would highly Mark Mazda in Scottsdale because of Adam Struse. They have a lot of cars and the lot is a bit chaotic, but do yourself a favor and go see him. You will not be disappointed! More
