The concierge affixed the license plates and made sure that I didn't have any questions about the vehicle or its operation. Again, it's the people and the relationships that count. I had been needing a new car for a while, and when it finally became clear that my old clunker was on its last leg I decided to get serious about find I had been needing a new car for a while, and when it finally became clear that my old clunker was on its last leg I decided to get serious about finding a replacement. Honestly, I had sat in a few Subarus, but I didn't like the feel or the stereotypes of the people who drive them. That being said, I just wanted a safe reliable car that would perform like a champ in the winter, and had all of the bells and whistlers I had gone without in my old 2001 CR-V. I looked at everything, Ford, Honda, Toyota, KIA, Lexus, you name it, I sat in it...and I got to tell you, by the time I had been to a couple dealerships I was ready to just give up. I really dislike car salesmen....in general...or, at least until I came to MM. I'm going to cut to the chase and tell you that after I decided that Subaru was the car for me, and after buying my first brand new car from MM, some woman blew through a stop sign and T-Boned my brand new car....totaling it. 3 weeks....3 weeks... I'm also going to tell you that my boyfriend who was driving at the time walked away without even a scratch or a sore neck. Totally untouched. Needless to say, I am a believer in Subaru, and I am a fan of Mark Miller. When it came time to replace my broken baby, we came straight back to MM and we had a our New new car within a week. I will probably never go anywhere else again. We loved Blake, Ken, and Duffy particularly, but everyone else was super helpful as well!!! Word to wise though....If you are leasing...don't put any money down. There is little benefit, but a ton of risk. If your car gets totaled....you are going to lose that money. We had to learn that hard lesson to the tune of 2k...ouch! More

I didn't wait long enough to need to sit down, but I almost wish I had because the waiting area is so nice. It is clean, warm, and has a full service snack bar. I just wish I had seen Bleu, the dog. Frustrated by previous interaction and Great present visit #(1)Several times when calling to speak with someone=no answer, told to leave message.#(2)Called and spoke with Rep and he said he would transfer me o #(1)Several times when calling to speak with someone=no answer, told to leave message.#(2)Called and spoke with Rep and he said he would transfer me only to be disconnected#(3) I called approx (1)yr ago and told service Rep I had been experiencing a little shaking in steering and asked if they would check the balance out on my tires while they were doing my tire rotation and changing oil. He told me "We don't do that"...but we can have a service tec take it out for a test drive and if he/she think it needs it we will check. Being frustrated with that answer and with it sounding like a hassle and too time consuming (WE) just let it go... until I believe 9/11/17 when I was again due for an oil change and tire rotation...I asked rep due to the fact that my tires would be off...can you ask them to check to see if my tire balance is off because I have been feeling and suspect tire balance is off. The Service Rep. said yes, we can do that! I informed him of previous encounter. I asked if he would let me know after balance was completed if and by how much balance was off ... or ok? He said yes. When completed he got a report that 3 tires were off balance and (1) was WAY OFF ! Frustrated, heck Yeah. I drove this brand new car for a year and most likely longer with front end shaking and may have caused unnecessary premature wearing of some front end parts. I have to go now ...
