But the real pleasure of this place was working with Ed Mouton. He was very enthusiastic but not pushy about anything. He was extremely knowledgeable about our car interest (The Chevrolet Volt) even though he is the Corvette guy. He was very patient as we got finances as well as insurance set up. He worked with us left and right to make our experience, not only painless, but enjoyable and really made me excited about my car. Some weeks later, I still get giddy getting in my car and have zero regrets about my purchase. P.S. Dishonest Advertising with slimy finance guy. We owned a 2019 Traverse which had been totaled. We knew exactly what we wanted when we came in. When we sat down to go over numbers after an hour I was told that they don’t actually sell the cars for the price on the website and the car was actually 5k more. When I told them that was out of my price range they asked about leasing, I told them no chance. He said he would go back and look again. He came back 10 minutes later and told me to lease. Steve is the definition that everyone has in their head of a used car salesman even though he was the finance guy. I have also filed a complaint with the FTC for deceptive advertising. Just to be clear they would not sell at the price listed. I showed Steve the price listed online and he said that was with a rebate. When I asked where it said that he could not show me. More
