It took us a few days of deciding and continually driving the cars before we finally landed on one and never once did she ever push or apply any pressure to make a deal. She patiently waited for us to make a decision, overcame a few objections we had and answered all of our questions promptly. When we presented a scenario that was fairly complicated Dan came over to give us information and assurance we needed. We couldn't be any happier with the decision of the car we chose or the people we dealt with. We love the fact that we will get the lifetime car washes and oil changes and our warranty should cover us until we purchase our next car (starting at this dealer first). Best customer service team. I had been to several dealerships in the quest to find my family truck. One dealership didn't even have the truck in stock after setting up appointm I had been to several dealerships in the quest to find my family truck. One dealership didn't even have the truck in stock after setting up appointment with me. Another didn't give me fair trade in value, and didn't honor their dodge rebate price as advertised. Ed Mouton seemed like an old friend just doing what he loved, and showed me the truck. Even pointing out things, so I didn't get home with it and notice it later. (Paint scratch) Then it came time to finance. My bank told me 4.9 % approved. Only to find out not on a 2012. James Dunn must have worked real hard, because he found me a rate under 6% even when my own bank would not give me a loan at all. They gave me lifetime oil change for my used vehicle, and I found it wise to purchase a very reasonable 6 year warranty. I would return, best team of professionals I have dealt with and I have bought over a dozen vehicles. More
