After dropping off vehicle (Friday) 2 days went by without any information. Received a loaner to avoid missing work and child pickup and drop off with my son. 4 days in total without any information o without any information. Called on Tuesday to get any information and was put on hold for more than an hour until my spouse called and got through immediately. Information given about vehicle was 'it's still taken apart' with no other information on estimated time of repair. Without any calls throughout the interaction from Martin Chevrolet, I called for information on Wednesday and they said my car was ready. Very very terrible experience. More
