Advisor never called and kept me informed of what was going on with my vehicle. I called and spoke to him every time to get updated on my repair! He knew I was out of state and my young daughter would be picking car up and it’s a good thing they had 1280.23 to pay or they would’ve had to wait to get car next day or until my account was unlocked. Advisor said no one could take payment over the phone. Seems like it cases such as mine you should have someone you trust to take payment by phone if you want your money! Don’t know if I’d want my daughter to purchase vehicle from your dealership as things could’ve definitely been better! More

My experience this time with Martin Chevrolet was exceptional. I brought in a car that ended up not showing the problem that caused it to be towed to another service provider last week. Martin Techs exceptional. I brought in a car that ended up not showing the problem that caused it to be towed to another service provider last week.
