Denise was awesome. She reserved the car and was flexible with timing. She worked with us as we have chaotic schedules and children. She was very personable and was great with our kids. Would buy from her again in a heart beat. She went the extra mile. The next part is in regard to the finance manager guy and in no way is reflective of denise. He was incredibly pushy. I truly don't think we could have moved through to purchase the car without buying a warranty. I know he shouldn't "take no for an answer" but the interaction was obnoxious. Arguing with him put a very sour taste in my mouth about buying from the dealership which is unfortunate because denise was so awesome and deserves more business. More
