Bad experience from a dealership that bragged on honesty as I prepared to buy a car. I was told I had a car purchased, gave my credit info which was fine, asked my salesman is there anything else I need to as I prepared to buy a car. I was told I had a car purchased, gave my credit info which was fine, asked my salesman is there anything else I need to do to hold this car-- the response was 'no'. I was later told my car had been sold to someone else. I know mistakes can happen, the part that made things worse is my salesman was scared to call me back after numerous call attempts trying to figure out when I can pick it up. More
