This dealership has the most courteous and excellent service technicians who are more than happy to discuss any and all problems with you over the phone. I saw David Truitt when I first went to the dealership and since this was my first visit everything was explained to me up front and was handled very professionally. He called me the following morning and explained the repair and told me exactly when it would be ready. I could not have been more satisfied. They even provide a service to take you to work and pick you up in the afternoon (what a service oriented dealership). David explained it well...."the dealership sells you your first car...the service department sells you your next car." So true. Without good service you are not likely to return to the dealership. Thank you David and Phillip Towns, Service Director, for a awesome experience. More

The staff waited on us, as our day was running late due to storms in the area, but they saw it through to the finish. My GMC This was a very pleasant experience the dealership is located conveniently in the sales people are very friendly and helpful I did not feel overly pr This was a very pleasant experience the dealership is located conveniently in the sales people are very friendly and helpful I did not feel overly pressured or like somebody was trying to talk me into something that I knew wasn’t what I wanted and they basically asked me what I wanted and said hey I’ve got several vehicles right over here to look at and This saved a lot of time and a lot of walking around looking at something that I really wasn’t interested in so the salesman was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at so he could explain things and show me things that I was not aware of this is the dealership I would use again and would recommend to anyone to use and the salesman especially is someone I would definitely look to deal with again should I need another vehicle More
