Came in for service at this dealership and had a great experience from walking in until I left. Between the advisors, all 3 of which I have worked with, are caring and hard working. It’s rare it’s not bus experience from walking in until I left. Between the advisors, all 3 of which I have worked with, are caring and hard working. It’s rare it’s not busy in there when you walk in, but I am addressed quickly and efficiently each visit. I am always explained recommended repairs thoroughly, even having been brought into the shop with a mechanic to look at my vehicle together so they knew I understand what they were recommending and why. I’ve visited other dealerships in the past, but no other manager has shown me the compassion that Andy has either when it came to needing a difficult repair. The service department works with you and is never pushy. I will continue to come back to this dealership for all my service needs, and maybe for a new vehicle when I’m in the market to buy again as well. More

I had an appt three weeks ago to diagnose an issue and was told a part needed to be ordered and they’d call me when it came in. I never received a call so I called and it was in fact in. They scheduled an appointment over the phone for me for the following week and when I got there I was told “we can’t work on EVs”. They could care less that they took time out of my work day to come down there when they couldn’t even service my vehicle. I’ve never had a good experience with August (I think that’s his name) More
