I had a less than great overall experience, however they did get me in my price range. It took SEVERAL hours to pick up my car, even though I had an appointment. The car was no where near detail cleaned. It did get me in my price range. It took SEVERAL hours to pick up my car, even though I had an appointment. The car was no where near detail cleaned. It was dirty around the hatch area. There was also a defect with the seal on the back hatch, which was pointed out the day of my test drive. When I picked the car up, it had not been fixed. I then had to spend more time, on a different day to have it fixed. I was also told my floor mats were in, and they were not, resulting in a THIRD trip to the dealership. Overall, it was inconvenient, however I do love the vehicle and am appreciative they could get my dream car in my price range on a lease. More

The recall repair was great, but a few days later I received an email that said " During your recent visit, we performed a Multi-Point Inspection on your 2020 Chevrolet SILVERADO 1500. Several recommen received an email that said " During your recent visit, we performed a Multi-Point Inspection on your 2020 Chevrolet SILVERADO 1500. Several recommended items related to the ongoing performance and safety of your vehicle were postponed/declined at that time". I was never told about any recommended repairs, I did ask to look at a warning message about a brake sensor that comes up on my Chevy phone app and message center in my truck but I declined once they said its $200.00 diagnostic fee and that didn't go towards the repair. What good is the app and message center f I still have to pay for the dealership to tell me the exact same thing. More
